So here are the pics of the new place. We chose to rent in a more rural area because its cheaper and more peaceful. Here is the garage and a small peak at our land lord's house.
There is a koi pond which just seems like a cess pool/mosquito breeding
ground to me. We had to buy special tablets to throw in the pond to keep
from getting eaten alive by the skeeters!
And as you can see there are tons of sheep lazing about grazing on grass. Although they look kinda like teddy bears they outright REFUSE to be cuddled!
We have all sorts of vegetables and herbs growing around the house - tomatoes, potatoes, onions, red, holy, and green basils, lemons, plums, lavender, sweet peas, carrots, peppers, chilis, lemon thyme, rosemary, spearmint, and peppermint. Also, the bright pink and purple flowers you see (called fuchsias) are totally edible.
I will do another post showcasing the grounds and I plan to do one on butterflies and moths soon too.
Love it! I can totally picture you chasing down sheep trying to get one to cuddle. You guys have a Subaru? Or is that the landlords? Your new place is so awesome!
